A quote (or estimate) is a price you commit to before the work starts. Clients sign faster when it answers every question up front:
In everyday use they overlap. In many places an estimate is an approximate price that can change, while a quote is a fixed price for a defined job. Say which one you're sending, and write down what isn't included.
